Key Responsibilities

Responsible for massages and activities related to massage

Qualifications

Certified Massage Therapist. Courses specializing in various Massage techniques (i.e. Thai, Swedish, Reiki, etc).
2-3 years experience as a Massage Therapist in a reputable Spa or Health Club

Orascom Hotel Management is looking for an Executive Chef at Casa Cook El Gouna hotel, responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items, designing recipes and menus.

Scope

To be efficient and diplomatic in all situations involving any aspect of F&B where the reputation or image of the hotel is represented. To assist in preparing and implementing menus and specialty dishes for all outlets, to provide permanent control of food technology, maintaining standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation and decoration. To assist in organizing and managing daily kitchen operation, preparing budget, verifying payrolls, dishing costs and organizing food storage.

Key Responsibilities

To co-ordinate kitchen staff operation and organize communication of all outlets in order to provide effective production of high quality products according to business trends
To improve operation standards, implement new food technologies and work at food saving and preserving tangible effects.
To provide wide range of dishes on the basis of customer demand analysis and broad assortment of product, variety of menus, up-to-date concepts of food preparation and decoration.

The Chedi El Gouna Hotel is looking for a Guest Relation Officer responsible for managing the Guest Relation Section and providing the highest professional services in accordance with the Company's quality service standards. They also act as a representative of the hotel management and handle all guest relation matters brought to their attention to the satisfaction of the guest.

Key Responsibilities

Has complete knowledge of the Hotel including the geographical layout.
Knowledgeable about all VIPs in-house, Hotel functions, and special events.
Greets VIP guests and escorts them to their rooms.
Interacts with all guests as well as individuals outside the Hotel.
Makes a courtesy call to in-house guests.
Inspects guest rooms daily, and insures that all in-house guests receive their daily amenities as per set standards.
Inspects arrival rooms of the day.
Prepares Welcome letters/amenities for all guests
During peak periods, provides help and support to the Front Desk, Executive Floor, and Concierge Desk with check-in, check out, and handling of guest requests

The Chedi El Gouna is looking for a Floor Supervisor responsible for supervising the Room Attendants on their respective floors assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises the work of room attendants to ensure all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction and overseas that occupied rooms are serviced and that check-out rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest.
Inspects occupied and non-occupied guest rooms and takes corrective measures in order to meet Company standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies. Also, checks that housekeeping equipment is given proper care and maintenance whilst being used.
Carries out on-the-job training and is responsible for the grooming and conducting standards of the room attendants on their assigned floors.
Motivates employees to bring about excellent performance.
Participates in the evaluation of employees' performance once a year.
Keeps updated records of furniture movement and cleaning schedules of his/her section.
Verifies that pantries are equipped with all the necessary items needed in servicing guestrooms and that proper control is practiced to save expenses.
Signs in and out to master keys and pagers in the housekeeping office and ensures that all keys are returned.
Keeps themselves informed of hotel products and services knowledge in order to answer guest questions.
Answers all guest questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner, takes appropriate actions, or if needed, refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.
At the end of the shift, does handover reporting special attention to guests, room status discrepancies, unusual situations, or incidents that need follow-up to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
Schedules general cleaning of 1 room per Room Attendant per day, and assists on scheduled cleaning on low occupancy.

Qualifications
